Refund & Return Policy
At Dbeaute Skincare, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we kindly ask customers to review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong product
- Your order is incomplete or missing items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Photos/videos of the issue must be provided for verification
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales
- Gift cards or vouchers
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Contact our customer support team immediately
- Provide clear photos of:
- The item received
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- Once verified, we will arrange:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit/refund (where applicable)
Approved replacements will typically be processed within 7 business days.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation is issued. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted.
